Call #1 – 2008/09/02 – CSR seems to think my phone number is with Rogers? I know Petro-Canada Moblilty is on the Rogers/Fido network but managed by a different company. The CSR demands a Rogers account number and of course I don’t have one… The only account number I have according to Petro-Canada is my phone number. I tried to explain but I was told to call Rogers for my account number… I will try again tomorrow.
