Is it possible with full number portability? We will see.
Call #1 – 2008/09/02 – CSR seems to think my phone number is with Rogers? I know Petro-Canada Moblilty is on the Rogers/Fido network but managed by a different company. The CSR demands a Rogers account number and of course I don’t have one… The only account number I have according to Petro-Canada is my phone number. I tried to explain but I was told to call Rogers for my account number… I will try again tomorrow.
Call #2 – 2008/09/03 – Very short wait this time. Scott from Presidents Choice was a great help. All went smooth.
Yes, it can be done you just need the right person on the phone.
