<p>Call #1 &#8211; 2008/09/02 &#8211; CSR seems to think my phone number is with Rogers?  I know Petro-Canada Moblilty is on the Rogers/Fido network but managed by a different company.  The CSR demands a Rogers account number and of course I don&#8217;t have one&#8230;  The only account number I have according to Petro-Canada is my phone number.  I tried to explain but I was told to call Rogers for my account number&#8230;  I will try again tomorrow.</p>
<p>Call #2 &#8211; 2008/09/03 &#8211; Very short wait this time.  Scott from Presidents Choice was a great help.  All went smooth.</p>
<p>Yes, it can be done you just need the right person on the phone.</p>
